THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This product is absolute trash. It's so awful, it makes me want to throw up. I've used it a million occasions, and it still fails miserably. The quality is cheap, and the design are terrible. Honestly, I can't understand how they could sell thisthing without being embarrassed. I'm so disappointed that I wished I'd acquired something usable instead.
